Responsibilities
- Build and lead a world-class team of AI engagement and transformation leaders to help Fortune 500 enterprises redesign key business processes.
- Own the business unit’s strategy and performance, including go-to-market design, customer engagement strategies, delivery excellence, and revenue growth.
- Translate vision into execution, developing scalable models for enterprise reasoning programs that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to prioritize markets, allocate resources, and accelerate Dataiku’s leadership in enterprise AI orchestration.
- Lead high-impact engagements that connect analytics, predictive models, and agents into trusted reasoning systems powering strategic decision-making and automation.
- Develop and standardize Enterprise Reasoning Playbooks — frameworks that guide customers in applying agentic AI to mission-critical processes such as planning, supply chain, and compliance.
- Drive both technological and organizational adoption, ensuring customers achieve operational transformation and measurable ROI.
- Shape the product roadmap with Product leadership, fueling innovation with customer needs and field feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to design the go-to-market strategy, secure strategic transformation programs, and ensure sustainable customer success.
- Represent Dataiku externally, engaging C-suite executives, partners, and analysts to advance the category of Enterprise Reasoning and governed agentic AI.

- The role is focused on operationalizing the vision of Enterprise Reasoning through Dataiku’s governed agentic platform.
- The executive will define go-to-market and delivery models for Enterprise Reasoning.

- Expected to represent Dataiku externally to C-suite executives, partners, and analysts.
