Netflix is hiring a GCM Relationship Manager IV to manage client relationships and the daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts of significant intricacy, complexity, and risk. You will serve as the primary point of contact with clients and partners to achieve sustainable earnings growth and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Monitor administrative and operational systems for high-risk accounts to ensure compliance with policies.
- Review, analyze, and provide comments on the negotiation and drafting of operative documents and agreements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to monitor risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
- Complete account administration including cash flow execution, fee billing, reporting, and tickler processing.
- Participate in sales calls with GCM Sales and prepare fee proposals for new business.
- Manage and cultivate client and referral source relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers as required.
- Represent GCM at transaction closings and client meetings, preparing supporting documentation.
- Lead or represent GCM on departmental projects and corporate initiatives.
- Participate in divisional and departmental projects including product development and policy/procedure updates.
- Direct and monitor less experienced Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.
- Work with management to identify opportunities to enhance GCM’s control environment and client service model.
- Advise management on product changes, rulings, or market changes affecting profitability and growth.
- Supervise and monitor others, exercising authority over staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
- Understand, adhere to, and help enhance the company’s risk and regulatory standards and internal controls.

What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
- Or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience, including the 5 years of relevant client service experience.
- A high level of proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
- High proficiency and experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of work leadership, supervisory, and/or managerial experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
- Working knowledge of pertinent specialized internal software applications.
- A demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $110,635.01 - $184,391.68 USD
