RemoteVA PH is looking for an Executive Assistant (Real Estate) to provide direct administrative support to a department head in our real estate division. You will ensure smooth executive-level operations by managing schedules, organizing information, and coordinating with stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct administrative support to the department head
- Create and maintain basic spreadsheets and charts for reporting and tracking purposes
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; send out calendar invites and reminders
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real estate operations or property management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
