Clarity Squared Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a Compassionate and Dedicated LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW (California Licensed) to provide therapy via telehealth. In this remote, part-time 1099 position, you will focus on helping a varied population, including Workers Comp patients, veterans, surgical patients, and seniors navigate mental health challenges using evidence-based techniques.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy via telehealth to a varied client population.
- Engage with clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Help individuals navigate mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, grief, and loneliness.
- Navigate electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne.
- Create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.
What We're Looking For
- Must hold a valid California LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and confidence in providing virtual therapy.
- Strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities.
- Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne.
- Ability to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.
Nice to Have
- Ability to provide therapy in Spanish.
