What You'll Do
Carry out servicing, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial heating systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry safety standards. Accurately identify and resolve faults to maximise first-time fix rates and system reliability. Set up new heating installations to operate at peak efficiency, following precise commissioning procedures.
Adhere strictly to Gas Safe regulations and health and safety protocols in every job. Manage your daily schedule independently, balancing priorities to meet service commitments and customer expectations. Offer clear technical guidance to clients, installers, and contractors when needed.
Submit detailed digital reports after each job, maintaining accurate records of work performed. Look for ways to enhance customer experience and recommend appropriate follow-up services. Keep your assigned vehicle, tools, and protective equipment in good condition. Represent the brand professionally at every customer site.
Requirements
- Valid ACS certification (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 or equivalent)
- Proven track record in servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Thorough knowledge of Gas Safe and health and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Basic IT skills with experience using digital reporting systems
- Willingness to travel within the Cardiff region
- Professional demeanour and commitment to high service standards
