At This is Gain Ltd, we're looking for a GAIN Performance - Campaign Manager to manage Paid Media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This operational role involves daily campaign management, analysis, and optimization, primarily on Facebook with potential for other channels like search, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter.
What You'll Do
- Run Paid Media campaigns for a mixture of 3-6 clients.
- Handle daily campaign management, analysis, and optimization.
- Provide suggestions for tests and potential expansion opportunities.
- Manage daily budget tracking.
- Conduct weekly and ad hoc reporting and deep dive analysis.
- Perform A/B testing and support the Performance Director with test ideas.
- Handle client communications.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing.
- Learn new channels if not already known.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook or Google.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills - formulas, pivots, and graphs.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator.
- Highly self-motivated and process driven.
- Ability to adapt and action things last minute when needed.
- Team player.
Nice to Have
- Ideally agency experience with 1 year client communications.
- Google Data Studio experience.
- Google Analytics experience.
