About the Role

Huzzle is hiring a Business Operations Manager to play a critical role in our internal processes and financial operations. You will drive cross-functional initiatives and support strategic goals for a fast-growing company shaping the future of data infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business operations by ensuring cross-departmental alignment, documenting and improving internal processes, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead financial operations with a billing focus: own and manage client billing workflows including invoicing, tracking usage, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance for billing accuracy and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support vendor billing, expense tracking, and budgeting, and contribute to financial reporting and forecasting with accurate billing insights.
  • Manage HR and People Operations including onboarding/offboarding, policy updates, employee documentation, and maintaining HR systems.
  • Support compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, data privacy) and audit preparation.
  • Manage calendars, team tools, and other administrative tasks, stepping in as needed to support high-priority areas.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, billing/finance, HR, or cross-functional projects.
  • Proven experience managing SaaS billing workflows or usage-based models.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, employment law, etc.).
  • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort in ambiguity and change.

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus.
