Sama is hiring a Coach Community & Customer Advisor to nurture a world-class network of Executive Coaches and leverage your HR and L&D expertise. You will be the vital link between our coach community and our clients, supporting the Growth Team in building effective development programs and ensuring Sama is the platform of choice for top coaches.
What You'll Do
- Lead efforts to unite our coaching community, organizing webinars and events to foster connection and collaboration.
- Regularly create new content to engage with our community.
- Ensure that the coach community is well-informed of new features, adopting best practices aligned with Sama’s mission.
- Develop workshops, webinars, training and other initiatives, leveraging the coaches' experience and expertise.
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop strategies to introduce new products to our clients.
- Execute these strategies by coordinating with coaches.
- Use data and analytics to monitor usage, coach performance, and trends.
- Proactively develop strategies to increase engagement and maintain high performance.
- Share insights across Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive product development and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Background in HR as a consultant and/or an employee-facing role.
- Experience in and extensive knowledge of Learning and Development (L&D).
- Corporate experience, preferably within financial services, professional services or similar industries.
- Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Be a self-starter with an ownership mindset - ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Executive Coaching would be beneficial.
- Experience in sourcing coaching, training, and development services is a plus.
Team & Environment
This role will report to our CoFounder & Head Coach, Caitlin Foley.
