Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails in Danish, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and other support needs.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system for effective tracking.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold high standards of service quality.
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently in a remote setting.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and email management tools is a plus.
