Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Email Support Specialist to engage with Danish-speaking clients through email, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer emails in Danish, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and other support needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system for effective tracking.
  • Collaborate with other team members to uphold high standards of service quality.
  • Identify patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently in a remote setting.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email management tools is a plus.
