About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via email and phone
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the health platform
- Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams with clear documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Assist in translating user feedback into actionable insights
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure
- Support onboarding of new users in Denmark
- Provide input for improving user guides and FAQs
- Monitor system alerts and notify technical staff when needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in all communications
- Work closely with product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adapt support strategies based on user behavior trends
- Handle sensitive health-related data with confidentiality
- Meet performance metrics for response and resolution times
- Contribute to knowledge base development in Danish
- Stay updated on platform updates and new features
- Act as a cultural liaison for Danish-speaking users
- Support multilingual coordination within the customer service team
