Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical support to Danish-speaking clients using health technology solutions. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, educate clients on product features, and collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and provide user feedback.
What You'll Do
- Offer exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking clients using HealthTech products through phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to health technology applications.
- Educate clients on product features and functionalities for optimal use in a healthcare setting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate issues and provide valuable user feedback.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure thorough resolution and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product improvements, and advancements in health technology.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within the health technology or healthcare sector.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with health technology applications.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong capacity to empathize with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the health technology field.
