As Datacom's Functional Lead for Dynamics 365 CE, you will spearhead the implementation of solutions that meet customers’ strategic goals. In this hands-on, line management role, you'll engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
- Manage, mentor, and guide other team members in their professional development.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE products to align with client needs.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and system optimization.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and serve as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client-facing role.
- Plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience with presales and shaping projects.
