BLP Digital AG is hiring a Functional Consultant & Project Manager for the DACH region. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, leading implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. Your work will help customers reimagine processes, maximize automation, and turn AI initiatives into measurable success.

What You'll Do

Own the implementation journey end-to-end from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Translate complexity into clarity by designing scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration.
Be the client’s trusted partner by anticipating needs, surfacing insights, and ensuring they realize the full potential of our automation.
Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
Feed the product loop by translating feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.

What We're Looking For

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical action.
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with ERP systems or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
