TELUS International is looking for a Media Search Analyst to join our AI data services team. In this part-time, long-term project role, you will perform comprehensive assessments of diverse media content and evaluate search results using an innovative web-based tool. The position offers full remote work with flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
- Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
- Conduct research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
- Apply market expertise and provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Irish market.
- Work flexibly across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance.
What We're Looking For
- Full Professional Proficiency in the English language.
- Resident in Ireland for at least the last 1 year consecutively.
- Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Ireland.
- An email address associated with an Apple ID.
- Experience and know-how of Apple products.
- Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music & video.
- A keen interest in internet research.
- Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes.
- Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

- A High School degree or higher certification.
