3Pillar is looking for a Fullstack Technical Lead to join its Product Development team. In this full-time role, you will provide technical leadership and contribute to building robust applications using React.js and Node.js.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features and applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the development team
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to define and deliver on technical requirements
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a full-stack capacity
- Strong expertise in React.js for building modern, performant user interfaces
- Strong expertise in Node.js for developing scalable backend services
- Ability to drive technical decisions and set architectural direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
