Theoria Medical is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to drive our analytics strategy forward. This strategic and technical leadership role is responsible for overseeing scalable data solutions, ensuring analytical rigor, and mentoring a team. You will be instrumental in transforming healthcare through innovation and a data-driven approach.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact analytics projects from planning through delivery.
Define and refine best practices for analytics development, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
Make key decisions on tools, architecture, and workflows to support scalable analytics efforts.
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.
Maintain transparency across data projects through effective communication and collaboration with the Data & AI team.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across analytics outputs.
Create repeatable and efficient development methodologies.
Ensure consistency and performance of analytics platforms and tools.
Mentor analysts and support their professional growth through feedback and training.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analytics language.
Strong background in data modeling, analytics design, and statistical methodologies.
Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools; Tableau experience is required.
Deep understanding of analytics platforms, ETL processes, and data quality standards.
Proven leadership experience including mentoring and project management.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
