What You'll Do
- Participate in planning meetings, providing technical guidance and input to product backlogs.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align and maintain consistency of technical strategy.
- Serve as an expert in one or more technology stacks, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, encouraging constructive feedback.
- Support software products in production, ensuring reliability, security, and performance standards.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
- Coach team members on best practices in software design, development, and testing.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and React.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database design.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and general networking and infrastructure practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong business curiosity and initiative to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Nice to Have
- Java experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
