As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer at LILT, you will work with a talented, mission-driven team on the Connect API and connectors platform, the front door to our machine translation services. You will define, drive, and execute projects that enable customers to deliver multilingual journeys and provide truly localized experiences. This high-visibility, high-impact role sits at the forefront of company strategy.
What You'll Do
- Define, drive, and execute projects on Lilt’s Connect API and connectors platform.
- Enable customers to deliver multilingual journeys and provide truly localized experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Computer Science
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer
- Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity (e.g., not a manager of people)
- Experience working on large-scale, distributed software systems
- Proficient with backend technologies such as Python and Java
- Experience with React or other associated libraries, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Professional fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Masters of Science in Computer Science preferred
- Solid relational database knowledge and significant experience with very large MySQL installations
- Basic knowledge of NLP and machine learning techniques
