Coworked is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through scale. You will own delivery state, quality, and pace while translating customer needs into product capabilities, acting as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 customers.

What You'll Do

Lead pre-sales discovery sessions with PMOs, IT, security, and business owners to map processes and toolchains.
Document current and desired states, producing summaries with pilot scope, integration approach, and risk matrix.
Build post-sales operationalization plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, and success metrics.
Work with customer IT to implement, configure, and validate connectors and data paths, creating reusable checklists.
Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management.
Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, and office hours.
Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard.
Work directly with CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations.
Capture field feedback to sharpen the product's tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns.

What We're Looking For

3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
Solid technical project management experience with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder communications, and benefits tracking.
Familiar with AI.
Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid.
Experience with tools like Notion, Miro.
Strong communicator who can simplify complex environments and write crisp docs: discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides.
Builder mindset, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic needs.
Security and compliance basics.
