Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency with programming languages including Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or comparable technologies
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and foundational system design
- Hands-on experience working with SQL and relational database systems, with a preference for PostgreSQL
- Commitment to strong engineering practices such as writing clean code, testing, peer reviews, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and approach technical and user challenges with creativity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies as needed
- Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks and contribute beyond defined roles during periods of growth

- Practical experience integrating and using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini in application development
