Nearmap is looking for a Senior FullStack Developer to join our team. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team working on our platform and products.
What You'll Do
- Develop backend applications and user interfaces.
- Manage databases using Drizzle ORM.
- Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team to design technical solutions.
- Integrate external APIs and services.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Ensure compatibility between frontend and backend components.
- Maintain and evolve the technology stack.
What We're Looking For
- Backend experience with Nest.js.
- Frontend experience with React.js.
- ORM experience with Drizzle ORM.
- Database experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Redis for caching or messaging.
- Experience working within a monorepository architecture.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Solid system design skills focusing on scalability, modularity, and robustness in production.
- Experience with integrations, especially Shopify (Liquid, Apps, Hydrogen, Storefront API), payment gateways, and subscriptions.
