Jobgether is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This remote role emphasizes hands-on coding, strategic architectural contributions, and continuous learning within an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend and frontend software applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure code follows architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system-level decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and team consistency.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability of software solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software components.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously bring innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience using Python as the primary backend language.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Ember.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail and embracing changes.
- Fluent in English for effective global communication.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of NodeJS is a plus.
