In All Media Inc is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer focused on building long-lasting, player-centric online experiences within a global gaming and entertainment ecosystem. This frontend-heavy role involves developing internal web-based platforms that power critical workflows across engineering, product, and live operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using React and TypeScript, emphasizing clean architecture and scalability.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs built in Go to enable reliable communication across internal platforms.
- Own features from development through deployment, ensuring they support complex data flows and real-time updates.
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions in a product-driven environment.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving team standards and documentation.
- Develop tools that coordinate cross-functional initiatives and streamline integrations between multiple internal systems and services.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong production-grade experience with React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining backend services in Go.
- Proven experience working in full-stack environments and integrating frontend applications with complex APIs.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to navigate performance-sensitive, distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in platform engineering or internal tooling teams.
- Background working with large-scale or high-complexity applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Experience working in distributed, multicultural environments.
