Rippling is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for our Scheduling team. In this role, you will build innovative solutions that help businesses worldwide manage their workforce, from tracking labor costs to forecasting demand. You will be a key player in our international expansion, working on high-impact products with major initiatives launching in 2026.
What You'll Do
- Write exceptional code to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend systems.
- Deliver high-quality features quickly by balancing speed and safety.
- Drive architecture and design, owning decisions and guiding the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and designers to gather feedback and refine the roadmap.
- Mentor and lead by supporting junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices.
- Shape the future by influencing team culture, structure, and processes as an early team member.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Python and Django or similar.
- Experience with React or JavaScript.
- A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and system design for working at scale.
- A product-focused mindset, caring deeply about the end user, design, and delivering an intuitive experience.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments and owning problems end-to-end.
