eClerx Services Ltd is looking for a Process Manager to apply deep functional knowledge and a proactive approach to operational challenges. This role focuses on delivering effective solutions to meet internal and external customer needs, driving satisfaction through technical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Generate WordPress themes and plugins.
- Design and implement new features and functionality.
- Establish and guide the website’s architecture.
- Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme and plugin.
- Coordinate with clients to discuss website design and function.
- Design and build the website front-end.
- Conduct website performance tests.
- Troubleshoot content issues.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Must have worked on at least 2 projects.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
