BNY is hiring a Senior Specialist, Full Stack Engineer to join the Global Payments & Trade team. In this role located in Pune, you will build and maintain high-quality, scalable solutions that power our global financial services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack features for the Signals Application using React/Angular (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
- Integrate and manage data flows with Kafka and MongoDB.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Write and maintain automated tests for both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of Java 8+ features including Streams and Lambda functions.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular 2 or upper versions, Jasper Reports, and Oracle SQL.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework environments for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, specifically GitLab.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, containers, and knowledge of Data Mart and Big Data technologies.
