We're building a modern property management platform that simplifies complex real estate operations through smart software. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll help define the technical foundation and evolve our live product with a focus on robust backend systems, clean APIs, and efficient workflows.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement data models, storage solutions, and scalable API architectures
- Lead backend improvements in performance, reliability, and test coverage
- Develop full-stack features, using React for frontend components and Java-based services on the backend
- Collaborate closely with product owners and support teams to refine requirements and deliver value continuously
- Research and prototype solutions for invoice processing, OCR integration, and transaction matching
- Integrate new capabilities such as OAuth flows and audit logging to streamline operations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help maintain deployment standards across services
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong background in Java with Spring or JEE frameworks
- Proven work with frontend libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization
- Experience building and documenting public-facing REST APIs
- Commitment to coding standards, testing practices (TDD/BDD), and team mentorship
- Solid grasp of service-oriented and microservices architectures
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs and component design decisions
- Comfort with CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines from prior projects
- Fluency in English and experience working in international teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior startup experience with fast iteration cycles
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Experience guiding agile processes or serving as a ScrumMaster
Technical Environment
Our stack includes Java for backend services, React for frontend interfaces, Kafka and Kafka Streams for event-driven communication, and a microservices architecture deployed via Docker. Infrastructure is managed on AWS using Terraform, with Kubernetes for orchestration. CI/CD is container-based and automated.
