Sopra Steria is hiring a Developer Expert – Java Fullstack to join project squads working on major, highly technical topics for clients across all energy sectors. You will imagine, build, and deploy innovative digital solutions to support the IT transformation of our public service clients.

What You'll Do

• Initialize code bases and project structures, establishing good development practices.
• Handle critical or complex designs, estimations, and development tasks.
• Provide support to team developers and conduct code reviews.
• Guarantee the continuous integration pipeline for Java Angular projects.
• Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and present technical topics within teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities when your area of expertise is relevant.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer.
• Solid technical skills in one or more back-end and front-end stacks such as Spring Boot, Java, Angular.
• Experience in conception, experimentation, and implementation of application structure with support for development teams.
• Involvement in implementing industrialization, CI/CD, covering quality metrics and security aspects.
• Graduate from an Engineering School, University, or equivalent.

Technical Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Java (imperative), React, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
• Concepts & Practices: Craftsmanship, Clean architecture, TDD
• Data & Infrastructure: Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, GitLab, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS

Team & Environment

You'll be part of a dynamic project team of 5 to 15 people.

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid model with a telework agreement allowing up to 2 days per week remote work depending on missions.
