Pearl Talent is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in building the scalable, high-performance systems that power the Interview Query experience. You'll work closely with the founding team to design, develop, and optimize core features for a global user base.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.js.
- Design and implement backend systems in Golang or another compiled language like Java or C#.
- Support and optimize data pipelines in Python for performance and automation.
- Ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable architecture across all systems.
- Participate in end-to-end product development: ideation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and tooling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to align on goals and technical solutions.
- Communicate progress clearly and manage deadlines across stakeholders in a remote-first setup.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Experience developing with Golang or another compiled language like Java or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation or data processing.
- Experience managing deadlines and executing autonomously in a remote setup.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at a tech startup or SaaS organization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong UX/UI sensibilities or experience collaborating closely with design teams.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation.
- Interest in data science, analytics, or educational technology.
