What You'll Do
Design and maintain a responsive Nurse Dashboard using Next.js or React, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for clinical users. Develop and refine voice-driven AI agents using platforms like Vapi or Retell, focusing on natural, effective interactions. Implement backend services in Python to support voice workflows and integrate with external data sources via REST APIs. Leverage AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Take ownership of performance, security, and stability for all user-facing components, ensuring they meet real-world operational needs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in React or Next.js for frontend development
- Strong working knowledge of Python for backend services
- Ability to work part time with consistent, reliable availability
- Fully remote setup with self-directed time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conversational AI systems or LLM-based agent development
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and move quickly using AI-assisted tools
