Braze is seeking a Full Stack AI Product Developer to own the creation of a Candidate CRM platform. You will be responsible for building a scalable, AI-driven solution designed to transform our recruitment process from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the Candidate CRM platform.
- Design and develop AI-powered features like smart candidate search, resume parsing, automated tagging, predictive analytics, and workflow automation using Google Cloud AI tools.
- Connect the platform with candidate databases, job systems, and third-party platforms such as ATS, HRIS, and ERPs.
- Create intuitive front-end interfaces and reliable back-end systems to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Propose creative solutions to recruitment challenges, staying informed of trends in AI, automation, and HR technology.
- Design a high-performance architecture capable of handling large-scale candidate data and complex workflows, incorporating robust security measures.
- Provide clear documentation for code, architecture, and guides, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with a tech-forward recruitment manager to prioritize features and validate solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Over five years of full stack development, with a proven track record of building and managing web applications end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development, using frameworks like Flask or Django.
- Experience with AI and automation tools, ideally Google Cloud AI platforms or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud services for hosting and data management.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with HR tools, CRMs, ERPs, ATS, or related platforms.
- Ability to independently manage a product from ideation to production, including debugging and optimization.
- Creative thinking to translate recruitment challenges into technical solutions, with proficiency in rapid prototyping.
- Capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with Google Cloud DevOps tools like Cloud Build or Kubernetes.
- A strong interest in AI-driven HR innovation.
