Role Overview
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for clients visiting our Chicago studio. You help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere by managing client flow, supporting clinical providers, and maintaining studio operations with a focus on service excellence and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, efficient welcome for clients, guiding them through check-in and check-out
- Support Clinical Providers and the Studio Manager to ensure a seamless client journey
- Deliver accurate, consistent information about treatment options and aftercare products
- Assist in promoting and fulfilling product recommendations
- Coordinate with remote support teams to manage appointment scheduling and client records
- Uphold company values through respectful, inclusive interactions with clients and team members
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including studio readiness and security checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of client areas, stock rooms, and supplies
- Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and equipment sanitation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client privacy standards
Qualifications
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments
- Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Required Saturday shifts and Tuesday evening availability, with flexibility on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Ability to stand, bend, sit, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Comfort using office technology and standard equipment
- Willingness to work across multiple nearby studio locations as needed

Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL (Gold Coast location), with potential for rotation across nearby studios. Schedules include varied weekday and weekend shifts, with some holiday coverage required. The role demands consistent attention to detail, physical mobility, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and client-centered space.
