Limepack ApS seeks a French-speaking Sales & Customer Success Manager to develop and grow our presence in the French and Belgium markets. You will maintain relationships with existing customers, convert new inbound leads, and collaborate closely with our international team of account managers.
What You'll Do
- Assist existing and new customers through inbound sales, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Provide A-level service to Key Accounts by becoming a takeaway packaging expert, advising on needs and removing complexity.
- Convert inbound leads to customers by identifying high-value prospects and being a proactive caller.
- Work closely with sales, product, finance, operations, and logistics teams to provide a seamless top-level customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in speaking and writing French.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Previous work experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Sales on the French and Belgium markets.
- Proactive caller who is chatty on the phone and enjoys building relationships.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Solid basic computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and IT systems.
- Fast learner, driven by dialogue and constructive criticism.
Nice to Have
- Experience using CRM systems.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a team of 10 account managers and will work closely with 9 other account managers responsible for different countries. Our culture is open and friendly, offering insights into how the business is run and a voice in decision-making. You will have influence on growing the French-speaking markets and overall sales strategy. The international team is based in Denmark and around the world, with English as the main office language.
