Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries about automotive products, service scheduling, warranties, and technical support through phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide comprehensive details about vehicle characteristics, specifications, and available configurations
- Support customers with order tracking, account management, and problem resolution
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service and follow-up
- Coordinate with technical support and sales departments to develop holistic solutions for customer needs

Requirements
- Native or near-native French language skills (written and spoken); English proficiency is beneficial
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive industries
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities with a customer satisfaction orientation
