Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French Customer Support Representative to be the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients of a prestigious jewelry company. You'll work remotely from Greece, providing exceptional service related to exclusive jewelry collections.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, orders, returns, and service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on exceptional service.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- A passion for luxury products and a desire to help customers find perfect jewelry pieces.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
