Responsibilities
- Lead subprojects in funding initiatives, covering planning, configuration, integration testing, and rollout support
- Operate, maintain, and further develop the telematics infrastructure
- Introduce and support users with value-added telematics services such as electronic patient records, prescriptions, and medical certificates
- Ensure smooth and secure operation of the hospital information system (KIS IMEDONE) with emphasis on high availability
- Configure and optimize the KIS according to operational needs
- Implement and realize customized medical workflows within the system
- Maintain and enhance the communication server (Cloverleaf)
- Conduct error analysis, perform maintenance, and deploy new interfaces
- Manage the integration of medical devices into the KIS and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate technical specifications with equipment manufacturers
- Develop and set up interfaces for medical devices
- Support and maintain medical equipment including spot monitors, ultrasound, and ECG systems
- Organize and deliver DeQS statistics
- Generate complex reports within the KIS environment
- Conduct training sessions for new or updated systems
- Provide onboarding and training for new staff members
- Offer technical support across hardware and software environments, including troubleshooting
