hey contact heroes GmbH is looking for a Freelancer (m/w/d) Inbound Kundenservice to join our remote team. You will be a key part of our innovative customer service platform, handling inbound calls and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers. This is a remote freelance position for individuals residing within the European Union.
What You'll Do
- Accept and process incoming customer calls, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Communicate professionally and in a service-oriented manner with customers.
- Record and document customer concerns accurately in our CRM system.
- Ensure high service quality and drive customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Must meet all legal prerequisites to work as a freelancer.
- At least 6 months of direct customer service experience.
- Your work and residence location is outside Germany but within the EU, or you are planning to move there soon.
- Very good German language skills (C1/C2 level, demonstrable).
- An independent way of working and high personal reliability.
- A private workspace that is not visible to third parties.
- A dedicated desk, office chair, and required hardware: PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, and headset.
- A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s via cable.
- A registered business with a valid VAT ID.
