You will provide support on prepaid services, rate plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions in a fully remote, professional environment.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound customer calls in a friendly, solution-oriented manner on topics including prepaid services, rate plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions.
Adhere to structured processes and clear guidelines within a professional project framework.
Organize your working hours and capacity independently within the project's operating parameters.

What We're Looking For

Business registration and self-employment status in an EU country (mandatory requirement).
Valid VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) for issuing proper invoices.
Residence in an EU member state (excluding Germany).
Ability to issue monthly invoices.
Compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and NDA requirements.
German language skills at a C1 level or higher.
Powerful and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s).
Professional headset, two monitors, and a webcam.
Quiet, undisturbed home office workspace.
Secure and reliable use of provided tools and systems.
Regularly plannable availability and capacity.
Reliable participation in all required training days.
Willingness to work shifts within the project's specified operating hours.
