Studyflix GmbH is looking for an Inhouse Content Creator (m/w/d) to elevate our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Co. In this role, you will develop, shoot, and edit social content to drive growth and engage our community. You’ll join a team of 51-200 employees dedicated to providing free access to high-quality education for all students.
What You'll Do
- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality social content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Identify trending topics, memes, and formats and implement them creatively and quickly.
- Be the voice in comments and DMs, interacting wittily and charmingly with the community.
- Rapidly and continuously expand social media reach and drive quality traffic to free learning videos.
- Track KPIs, analyze content performance, and derive optimizations.
- Lead and develop a team of interns and working students.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media, trends, creator culture, and new formats.
- Demonstrable success and hands-on experience in content production (concept, camera, editing, text, sound, thumbnail, upload, etc.).
- Strong editorial and creative skills with a feel for storytelling and viral mechanics.
- Proficient use of tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
- Independent, structured way of working and high implementation speed.
- German at native speaker level.
