V-SELECT is seeking an Account Manager (w/m/d) to drive sales and manage customer relationships for our cleanroom textile services in the Bavaria region. You will be the first point of contact for key accounts, responsible for acquiring new business, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for servicing well-known key accounts in all sales-relevant matters.
- Acquire new potential customers from the cleanroom industry.
- Conduct sales and consulting to optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual needs.
- Present our services, including cleanroom clothing decontamination, sterilization, cleaning, on-site service, training, and consumables.
- Manage long-term relationships as the one-face-to-the-customer for A/B customers and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Process customer inquiries and projects from initial contact through to contract conclusion.
- Maintain close exchange with laundry and cleaning experts, as well as customer and sales support teams.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in B2B sales of complex services within the cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, or workwear sector.
- Strong sales affinity, empathy, and the ability to conduct negotiations on an equal footing.
- A high degree of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Excellent German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driver's license.
