Reos GmbH is looking for a part-time Legal Counsel (m/w/d) to act as the central interface for all legal matters. In this role, you will be responsible for contract management, providing legal advice to management, and establishing robust compliance frameworks to support sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

Manage contract management and ensure legally secure contract documents.
Provide expertise in contract design and negotiation, developing pragmatic solutions with specialist departments.
Advise management on strategic and operational decisions, particularly in contract, labor, and corporate law.
Analyze and legally assess customer and supplier contracts to promote sustainable and secure business relationships.
Build and maintain a company-wide legal register and structured collection of all relevant contracts and documents.
Identify legal risks and actively support the establishment and development of compliance structures.
Collaborate closely with quality management on ISO certification and the development of internal policies and guidelines.
Act as the central interface for all legal concerns with external partners, including law firms and consultants.

What We're Looking For

A successfully completed law degree.
First relevant professional experience in a company or law firm.
Solid knowledge of contract law, labor law, and corporate law.
Basic knowledge of compliance management.
Ability to present complex legal matters in a practical and understandable way.
An independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with high initiative.
Familiarity with digital tools and modern IT-supported workflows.
Absolute discretion and integrity, as well as confident handling of sensitive information.
Strong understanding of economic contexts, business models, and entrepreneurial processes.

Nice to Have

Ideally with both state examinations in the German legal system.
Experience in a startup or project environment.
