At Intellect, you'll find a supportive community focused on enhancing lives and helping clients overcome personal challenges. **What You'll Do** • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more • Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs **Requirements** • Has a Master's degree in Counselling / Clinical Psychology • Has an active PRC license as a Psychologist or Guidance Counselor • Experience in trauma-informed approaches such as TF-CBT, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), DBT for trauma survivors, Somatic Experiencing (SE), etc. • Minimum 500 clinical hours post-master's • Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 3 years of experience post masters degree • Candidate must be proficient in English and the local language • Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles are prioritized • Candidate must be open to working on-site in the client's office in BGC, Taguig City, as needed • Candidate must be open to being converted to a full-time contractor in the near future
