The analyst will collect, analyze, and report on social media conversations in Dutch, helping clients understand public sentiment and emerging topics in real time.
Responsibilities

- Summarize findings into clear, actionable reports for client teams

- Use social listening tools to gather and filter relevant data
- Translate non-English content accurately for reporting purposes
- Maintain consistent reporting timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers to align analysis with client goals
- Flag urgent insights requiring immediate client attention
- Ensure data accuracy and relevance in all summaries
- Follow established protocols for data privacy and security
- Adapt analysis focus based on evolving client needs
- Provide context for regional or cultural nuances in Dutch-speaking markets
- Support multilingual projects when language skills are applicable
- Stay updated on social media platform changes and trends
- Contribute to improving analysis methodologies
- Respond to follow-up questions on delivered reports
- Work independently while meeting deadlines
