Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Freelance SAP EWM Technical Consultant / Developer to join our talent pool for dynamic, international logistics and supply chain transformation projects. These engagements typically last 6-12 months and require partial on-site presence.
What You’ll Do
- Work on client-defined tasks and responsibilities based on individual project requests, primarily within SAP EWM environments.
- Translate process requirements from functional consultants and business stakeholders into robust technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience in SAP EWM, ideally within S/4HANA environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP EWM architecture, enhancement techniques (BAdIs, User Exits), and custom development.
- Strong experience in ABAP OO and enhancement frameworks relevant to EWM.
- Experience with integration of EWM with automation systems (e.g., MFS), RF frameworks, IDocs, and REST/SOAP services.
- Proficiency in warehouse monitor enhancements, queue handling, and asynchronous processing.
- Good understanding of EWM customizing and how it relates to development logic.
- Experience working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Candidate must be based within the EU.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with BRF+, Fiori apps for EWM, and SAP BTP.
- Experience in agile development environments (SCRUM, SAFe) and DevOps tooling.
- German language skills.
