What You'll Do
- Source and connect with candidates for professional, tech, and medical field positions.
- Utilize your own recruiting tools and methods, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, job boards, and networking.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet specific job requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates for open positions.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
