Noble People is hiring a Freelance Media Director to act as a Product Lead, guiding a cross-functional team to produce bold, data-informed media campaigns. In this role, you will integrate strategy, activation, and measurement to drive measurable business impact and industry recognition for our clients.
What You'll Do

- Surface critical insights from strategy and analytics teams.
- Facilitate ideation sessions to translate research into actionable media insights.
- Act as the strategy lead on accounts, presenting communications strategies.
- Act as the planning lead, responsible for annual, channel, and tactical plans.
- Be accountable for buy recommendations, go-to-market strategy, and measurement plans.
- Clearly communicate key media deliverables, dependencies, and accountability.
- Serve as the day-to-day media practitioner for clients, providing timely deliverables.
- Be accountable for flawless execution across financial operations and activation.
- Contribute to new business efforts to secure and expand client partnerships.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the client’s business and projects.
- Develop processes and standards for regular client deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years as an established media leader translating vision into effective media solutions.
- 4-5 years leading and managing a team, cultivating individual development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to write concise, reasoned, and inspired media presentations and present confidently.
- A proven track record of sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships.
- Strong command of Media Research resources, capabilities, and limitations.
- Self-confidence and a track record of championing innovative, bold ideas.
- Strong math and analytical skills with an understanding of required media math.
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer insights and how to put them into action.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of open and fair negotiations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work after hours as required.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Head of Planning and partner directly with Client Leads. You'll be coached by discipline leads (Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Activation) and lead a cross-functional media team supported by planners.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $145,000-$180,000 USD per annum.
