Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Junior Journalist - AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will apply your writing, editing, and communication skills to directly improve how AI models reason, communicate, and understand nuance.
What You'll Do
- Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on specific project guidelines.
- Generate prompts designed to challenge and test AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Follow established style and quality standards to ensure consistency across all work.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communications, linguistics, literature, or education.
- At least 1 year of professional or educational experience in journalism, communications, or PR.
- Strong critical thinking skills and proficiency working with complex English text.
- An advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- A readiness to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- The ability to work effectively with challenging and complex guidelines.
- Access to a reliable laptop, internet connection, and the time and enthusiasm to take on this project.
