Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Junior Journalist - AI Trainer. This role focuses on training AI models by crafting text that teaches reasoning, logic, accuracy, nuance, and clarity. The work involves project-based tasks testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems for leading tech companies.
What You'll Do
- Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
- Generate prompts that challenge AI.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.
- Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, etc.
- Strong skills in critical thinking and working with text in English language.
- Strong written English (C1/C2 level).
- Stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education to ensure a strong understanding of grammar and stylistic features.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation of up to $30 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
