Mindrift is looking for freelance English AI Trainers - Writers to apply their writing, editing, and creative skills to train AI models. In this role, you will craft text that teaches AI models reasoning, logic accuracy, nuance, and clarity, contributing to ethically shaping the future of AI.
What You'll Do
- Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on specific project guidelines.
- Follow defined style and quality standards to ensure content consistency.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine and improve content.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or education.
- At least 3 years of professional or educational experience in writing, copywriting, or editing in English.
- A proficient C2 level of English.
- Ability to learn new methods quickly and switch between projects and topics.
- A reliable laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
