Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Biology - Quality Assurance (AI Trainer) to evaluate complex expert-written content and establish criteria for grading AI responses. In this freelance role, you will help shape how future AI models interpret and communicate in the field of Biology.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Biology.
- Develop references and task examples.
- Assess qualification tests of experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers to ensure alignment with project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or PhD Degree in Biology or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English.
- Experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
- Experience in Teaching, Lecturing, or Consulting in your domain.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Ability to sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
