Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Electrical Engineer AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that improve Generative AI models for specialized questions and complex reasoning. You will apply your deep domain expertise to directly shape how AI understands and communicates in the electrical engineering field.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models with nuanced electrical engineering problems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct model responses based on your professional knowledge, ensuring technical precision.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Ability to learn new methods quickly, switch between tasks and topics efficiently, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
